Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group counselling to students for academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns.
- Support students in developing self-awareness, resilience, emotional well-being, and positive coping skills.
- Identify students requiring additional support and prepare appropriate intervention plans.
- Conduct classroom sessions and workshops on life skills, mental health, stress management, bullying prevention, career awareness, and personal safety.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to address students' developmental and behavioral needs.
- Maintain confidential counselling records and documentation in accordance with school policies and ethical standards.
- Conduct student observations, assessments, and referrals to external professionals when required.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree (MA/M.Sc.) in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
