Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AI & Automation Developer / Engineer to join our team and help us build AI-powered products and automate our business processes.

The role will focus on Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, AI Voice Agents, RAG, Business Automation, Digital Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, Customer Support, and AI-powered business solutions.

The ideal candidate should be capable of taking AI projects from concept to development, integration, deployment, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI Agents, AI Assistants, Chatbots, and Voice Agents.
- Build LLM and RAG-based applications.
- Automate Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Support, and Follow-ups.
- Develop Digital Marketing Automation for SEO, Social Media, Content, Email Marketing, and Advertising.
- Integrate AI with CRM, ERP, WhatsApp, websites, databases, and third-party APIs.
- Build AI-powered workflows for internal business operations.
- Develop backend APIs and AI systems using Python.
- Monitor and optimize AI performance, accuracy, latency, and API costs.
- Research and implement new AI technologies and automation solutions.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Solid Python and API development skills.
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and AI Agents.




- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, vector databases, and embeddings.
- Knowledge of FastAPI, REST APIs, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with AI automation and third-party API integrations.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in AI Voice Agents, AI Sales Agents, Marketing Automation, Customer Support AI, AI Assistants, Agentic AI, or AI-powered business automation will be highly preferred.
