About the Role

### Key Responsibilities

* Conceptualize and execute creative advertising campaigns.

* Design for digital, social media, print, outdoor, branding, packaging, and corporate communication.

* Collaborate with Account Managers and Clients to bring ideas to life.

* Create key visuals, layouts, presentations, and pitch decks.

* Ensure brand consistency across all communication.

* Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, and visual storytelling.

* Deliver high-quality creative work within deadlines.

### Required Skills

* Minimum *5 years' agency experience* (Advertising/Creative Agency preferred).

* Expertise in *Adobe Creative Suite* (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign).

* Strong knowledge of branding, typography, layout design, colour theory, and visual communication.

* Excellent conceptualization, campaign visualization, and presentation skills.

* Ability to convert marketing objectives into compelling creative designs.

* Strong portfolio showcasing advertising campaigns.





### AI & Creative Technology (Must Have)

* Hands-on experience with AI tools for concept creation, image generation, design enhancement, and productivity.

* Proficiency in tools like *Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Microsoft Designer, Runway ML*, or similar platforms.

* Ability to integrate AI into the creative process while maintaining originality and brand consistency.

* Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted creative workflows.

### Added Advantage

* Video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.).

* Motion Graphics & Animation (After Effects or similar).

* Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika), Figma, UI creatives, and digital campaign assets.

### Preferred Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree in *Fine Arts (BFA), Applied Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design*, or related field.

* *Fine Arts graduates will be given preference.*

### We're Looking For
