Role Overview

- Position Title: Associate Teacher (Math / Physics / Chemistry)
- Locations: Narayanaguda , Dilsukhnagar and Vanasthalipuram Zones
- Syllabus / Board: State Board and Olympiad/IIT-JEE Foundation
- Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic & Classroom Support

- Assist Senior Faculty: Co-teach and support senior professors/lecturers in delivering pre-planned curriculum modules.
- Conduct Study Hours: Supervise mandatory student revision, preparation, and self-study hours.
- Substitute Teaching: Conduct main classroom sessions independently when the primary subject teacher is unavailable.

2. Doubt Clarification & Individualized Guidance

- Solve Queries: Hold dedicated, daily doubt-clearing sessions to resolve complex questions for students.
- Reinforce Core Concepts: Conduct remedial, small-group tutoring sessions for underperforming students to build strong fundamental knowledge.

3. Content & Assessment Management

- Evaluate Assessments: Correct homework assignments, daily practice problems (DPPs), mock tests, and maintain exact performance records.
- Content Generation: Help compile test papers, study packages,



solution sheets, and supplementary worksheets aligned with competitive exam matrices.

4. Parent-Teacher Coordination

- Track Progress: Regularly document and monitor student growth trends.
- Provide Feedback: Participate in parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) to share student metrics with school leadership and guardians.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant stream ((B.Sc / M.Sc) in Math, Physics, or Chemistry).
- B.Tech / M.Tech graduates from premium engineering colleges are highly preferred.
- B.Ed / CTET qualifications are sometimes preferred
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of academic support or teaching experience (Freshers with strong subject hold are highly encouraged).
- Key Skills:
- Solid conceptual clarity and fast analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English to clearly simplify complex topics.
- Working knowledge of digital teaching aids and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
