Job Responsibilities:

- Create 3D exterior elevations for residential buildings (apartments, villas, individual houses).
- Develop realistic 3D interior designs for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and other home spaces.
- Prepare floor plans, layouts, and material specifications.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Suggest suitable color palettes, materials, finishes, and furniture arrangements.
- Provide high-quality renders and presentations for client approval.
- Make changes to designs based on feedback.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of residential space planning, color theory, and lighting.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
