We are looking for a proactive and organized TPA cum HR Executive to manage employee health insurance coordination with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in HR administration and employee advantages.
Key Responsibilities
TPA & Employee Benefits
Coordinate with TPAs and insurance providers for employee health insurance.
Process policy enrollments, renewals, additions, deletions, and claims.
Resolve employee queries related to insurance coverage and claims.
Maintain accurate records of insurance policies and employee benefit data.
Liaise with hospitals, TPAs, and insurance companies when required.
HR Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance,
leave management, and payroll coordination.
Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR and TPA/employee insurance coordination.
Knowledge of HR processes and employee benefits administration.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with corporate health insurance policies.
Familiarity with HRMS software.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
