- Meet with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings and events, including venue setup, décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, and accommodation.
- Conduct site inspections and venue tours for prospective clients.
- Liaise with vendors, decorators, photographers, entertainers, and other service providers.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Banquets, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering.
- Ensure all event arrangements are executed according to client expectations and hotel standards.
- Monitor event timelines and manage event-day operations.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and last-minute changes professionally.
- Maintain accurate event records and documentation.
- Support sales initiatives to generate wedding and event business.
- Must know local language Konkani
- Candidates working in Gulf and Cruise liners will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
