We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Mother Teacher to join our primary section. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing young learners, creating a positive classroom environment, and supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development. The candidate should be passionate about working with children and capable of delivering engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach and manage students in the primary section as per the school curriculum.
- Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching materials.
- Develop students' foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and maintain academic records.
- Encourage student participation in classroom activities and co-curricular programs.
- Maintain classroom discipline through positive and age-appropriate practices.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and training programs.
- Support the overall growth and well-being of students.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed., D.El.Ed.,



NTT, or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience as a Mother Teacher in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Good classroom management and organizational skills.
