We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Digital Marketing Specialist – Influencer Marketing & Social Media to join our team and help scale our brand presence through influencer collaborations and social media growth.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

Identify and collaborate with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle influencers
Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and partnerships
Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end
Track campaign performance and optimize results
Build and maintain influencer databases

Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram and other social platforms
- Plan content calendars, reels, stories, and posts
- Create engaging captions and content ideas
- Monitor audience engagement and community interactions
- Stay updated with latest social media trends

Campaign & Analytics

- Monitor campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, and conversions




- Generate performance reports and insights
- Research viral content trends and competitor activities
- Implement data-driven improvements

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Social Media / Digital Marketing
- Strong Instagram and content strategy expertise
- Experience managing influencer campaigns
- Creative mindset with excellent communication skills
- Strong project management and execution abilities

Preferred

- Experience in Beauty / Skincare / Wellness / D2C brands
- Experience with Meta Ads and social media advertising
- Understanding of analytics and campaign tracking
