Job Purpose
Responsible for acquiring and managing HNI customers under the Imperia program, enhancing relationship profitability through cross-selling, portfolio growth, and retention. Serve as a single point of contact for financial needs, increasing wallet share and overall relationship value.
Key Responsibilities
HNW Portfolio Management
Liaise with PB/Preferred RM to identify eligible customers.
Acquire current customers meeting product criteria.
Enhance portfolio value and maintain hygiene parameters.
Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs.
Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.
Operations, Marketing & Processes
Ensure error-free documentation for account opening and instructions.
Adhere to KYC/AML norms and 5-S workstation standards.
Increase wallet share and cross-sell bank products.
Enhance Income Generating Product Group Holding (IPGH).
Customer Service
Deliver quality customer service and resolve queries within TAT.
Inform customers of regulatory or process changes.
Promote direct banking channels for customer convenience.
Ensure smooth portfolio handover and backup support.
Education:
Graduation required; Post-Graduation preferred.
Certifications:
AMFI Certification, IRDA Certification, NRI Product Knowledge.
Key Competencies
Sales and influencing skills, banking product knowledge, planning and organizing, communication skills, knowledge of competition and trends.
