About the Company

LUME is a growing manufacturer and supplier of Solar & LED Lighting Solutions, serving government departments, infrastructure projects, builders, architects, consultants, and industrial clients across India. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, field visits, and networking.
- Identify and develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, industries, EPC companies, and government clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender-related documents.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Meet monthly sales targets and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and site visits when required.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing,



and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Business preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Experience in Solar, LED Lighting, Electrical Products, or EPC industry will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with experience in project sales, government tenders, electrical products, solar solutions, or LED lighting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
