Job Summary

iROHUB Infotech is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Support Executive to guide prospective students, explain our training programs, and assist them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and convincing skills with a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fees, batches, and placement opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing effective counseling.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Handle admission documentation and payment follow-ups.




- Provide excellent customer service throughout the student journey.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
