- Supervise and monitor security guards on assigned sites.

- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules.

- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper attendance and reporting.

- Handle incidents and prepare daily reports.

- Coordinate with clients and the operations team.

- Train and guide security staff on SOPs and safety procedures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security supervision.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of security operations and report writing.

- Basic computer and smartphone skills.

- Willing to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
