About the Role & Salary Structure:We are looking for a skilled and dedicated MS General Surgeon to manage our surgical department. This is a hybrid contract model offering high financial security along with absolute professional growth:
- Guaranteed Fixed Retainer: ₹1,00,000 per month.
- Surgical Incentives: Uncapped, attractive per-case/procedure share (Commission Pay) paid separately over and above the fixed salary.
- Total Earning Potential: Easily ₹1,50,000 to ₹1,80,000+ per month based on case volume.
- Key Responsibilities:
- OPD & IPD Management: Conduct daily general surgery OPD and manage indoor patient care (ward rounds) between 11:00 AM and 04:00 PM.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: MBBS + MS (General Surgery) is mandatory .
- Certification: High preference for candidates with Laparoscopic training certificates (FIAGES / FMAS / Fellowship) .
- Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers with strong independent operative hands and clinical confidence are welcome).
- Registration:
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) / Uttar Pradesh Medical Council (UPMC).
- Turnaround Time: Must be able to reach the hospital within 45 minutes during an emergency call.
