SAP PP/QM Consultant:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP-QM Consultant with over 10 years of SAP experience to join our team.

The role requires deep expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, with a strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements, design robust SAP solutions, and perform detailed system configurations.
- Implement and support core PP processes including MRP, production planning (discrete, process, and repetitive), capacity planning, production orders, and shop floor control.
- Implement and support QM processes including inspection planning, in-process inspection, results recording, usage decisions, quality notifications, and certificates.
- Work closely with other SAP modules (MM, WM, PM, SD, FI-CO) to ensure smooth cross-module integration.
- Define and manage master data such as BOMs, routings, work centers, inspection characteristics, and inspection plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
- Support data migration, system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), cutover activities, and go-live support.




- Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and adoption.
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive continuous improvements, process automation, and best practice adoption.
- Monitor and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs and provide expert-level support.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Looking for a minimum of 10+ years of experience
- Hands-on expertise in production planning scenarios (discrete, process, repetitive manufacturing) and MRP execution.
- Solid experience in quality processes including inspection types, inspection lots, batch management, results recording, and notifications.
- Experience with end-to-end SAP PP-QM implementations, rollouts and support projects.
- Good understanding of integration points between PP-QM and other SAP modules (MM, WM, PM, SD, FI-CO).
- Exposure to S/4HANA PP/QM functionalities (such as embedded PPDS, advanced ATP, and quality management in S/4).
- Ability to create functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and solution design.
