We’re Hiring: Content Head

We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Content Head to lead and scale our content function across multiple educational institutions. This role demands a strong leader who can manage diverse teams, drive high-impact storytelling, and align content with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead content strategy across websites, blogs, social media, and campaigns

* Oversee content for multiple colleges while maintaining distinct brand voices

* Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, communication, and key campaigns

* Manage and coordinate multiple teams including writers, designers, video, and digital marketing

* Ensure content aligns with admissions goals, brand positioning, and performance metrics

* Implement SEO best practices and drive organic growth

* Review, edit,



and maintain high-quality content standards

* Handle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines across institutions

Requirements:

* 6–12+ years of experience in content, digital marketing, or brand communications

* Solid leadership and team management skills

* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling ability

* Deep understanding of SEO, digital funnels, and content performance

* Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams efficiently

* Experience in education/EdTech is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
