Job Summary

Endee Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with 3–4 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in Gas Detection Systems, Gas Analyzers, Flame Detectors, Process Instrumentation, or Industrial Automation. The role involves driving business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and solution-based selling across diverse industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development by identifying and converting new sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell Gas Detection Systems, Gas Analyzers, Flame Detectors, and Industrial Instrumentation solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate techno-commercial proposals.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, system integrators, channel partners, and end users.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging business opportunities to support sales strategy.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales of industrial instrumentation, gas detection, analytical instruments, or process automation products.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer applications and recommend suitable solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in preparing techno-commercial offers and handling the complete sales cycle.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.

Preferred Industry Experience: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Power, Steel, Pharma, Water & Wastewater, EPC, Manufacturing, and other Process Industries.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
