Job Details

- Position: Compliance Executive
- Location: Muvattupuzha, Kerala
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship or prior exposure to compliance, company law, or secretarial work will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in ROC, MCA, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare, maintain, and file statutory forms, returns, and compliance-related documents.
- Support company incorporations, annual filings, LLP compliance, and other regulatory assignments.
- Maintain compliance trackers, statutory records,



and filing calendars.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect required documents and ensure timely compliance.
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence with regulatory authorities.
- Perform other compliance, documentation, and administrative responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Skills & Requirements

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently.
