Job Summary
The Senior Harness Designer plays a critical role in the development of high-quality harness designs that are aligned with project requirements and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Refine Design Specifications, Utilizing Harness Design Software Tools To Create Precise Schematics And Electrical Layouts.
2. Develop Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Implementations Using Cad Software To Validate Design Decisions And Assess Performance Against Customer Needs.
3. Mentor Junior Designers And Provide Guidance On Harness Design Best Practices Through Training Sessions And Comprehensive Documentation.
4. Work With Cross-Functional Teams To Align Harness Design With Overall Project Goals,
Ensuring Compatibility With Electrical Cabling And Power Distribution Systems.
5. Engage With Quality Assurance Teams To Establish And Uphold High-Quality Standards In Harness Design Deliverables, Ensuring Compliance With Industry Specifications.
Skill Requirements
1. Robust Understanding Of Harness Design Principles And Practices.
