Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst who can work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRD and FRD documents.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for technical teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, development, and QA teams.
- Support testing, documentation, and implementation activities.
- Identify process improvements and provide data-driven insights.
- Manage tasks independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Required Candidate Profile

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD preparation,



and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
