Job Summary:
We are seeking a travel consultant—series/group bookings—to manage end-to-end domestic and international group travel operations. The role involves handling group air bookings, coordinating with airlines and suppliers, managing ticketing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of series and group movements.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of group ticketing processes, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings while maintaining accuracy and service excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end series/group air bookings for domestic and international sectors.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers for group fares, seat blocks, confirmations, and ticketing deadlines.
- Manage group PNR creation, modifications, cancellations, and ticket issuance.
- Monitor booking timelines, payment schedules, ticketing queues, and airline confirmations.
- Negotiate and coordinate for group fare requests, waivers, and special approvals.
- Ensure accurate passenger details, fare validation, and compliance with airline policies.
- Resolve booking discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain booking records, reports, and MIS related to series/group movements
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Group/Series Air Ticketing Operations.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international airline booking processes.
- Hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) and airline portals.
- Understanding of group fares, airline contracts, ticketing deadlines, and cancellation policies.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and work under strict timelines.
