Software Developer (B1)

Job Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain software applications for business and manufacturing processes.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using technologies such as C#, Java, Python, SQL, or .NET (depending on the company).

Support ERP, CRM, inventory management, and production systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics.

Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely bug fixes.

Design and maintain databases, write SQL queries, and optimize performance.

Integrate software with manufacturing equipment and third-party systems where required.

Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.

Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and system specifications.

Ensure software complies with company security and quality standards.

Assist in software deployment, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Support automation initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

Programming languages (Java, C#, Python, or similar)

SQL and database management

Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, React, etc.)

API development and integration

Version control (Git)

Problem-solving and debugging

Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Strong communication and teamwork

Preferred Knowledge in Cosmetics Industry

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices)

Quality Management Systems (QMS)





Inventory and warehouse management

Barcode/RFID systems

Production planning and reporting

This role focuses on ensuring that software solutions support efficient production, quality control, inventory management, and overall business operations in a cosmetics manufacturing environment. Software Developer Qualification (Cosmetics Industry – B1)

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Master's degree (MCA or M.Tech) is an added advantage but is not always required.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, C++, or JavaScript.

Knowledge of SQL and database management (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).

Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like ASP.NET, React, Angular, or similar.

Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
