Role Overview

As a Maintenance Executive at Brik Oven, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, upkeep, and safety of all restaurant facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. This role is critical in supporting uninterrupted restaurant operations and delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections of restaurant premises, kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other assets.

Carry out preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and repair needs across outlets.

Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors for specialized repair and servicing.

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service reports.

Ensure all facilities meet safety, hygiene, and compliance standards (fire safety, electrical safety, FSSAI, etc.).

Monitor and manage spare parts, tools, and consumable inventory.





Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment when required.

Report recurring issues or major repair needs to management with recommendations.

Train staff on proper use of equipment and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related technical field.

2–4 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality, QSR, retail, or facility management.

Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and general facility maintenance.

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and respond quickly to emergencies.

Positive communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Attention to detail and focus on safety, compliance, and preventive measures.
