Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University B. Tech / MBA would be an added advantage
Required profile:
- Should have sound knowledge in marketing of Hot Rolled Sections and Hot Bright Bars. Ability of executing new sales plans.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. Implementing new sales plans.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company s marketing goals.
- Experience in identifying and exploring Recent Geographies and verticals.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- IT literacy; experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google drive, access database software etc. Willing to travel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Manage Revenue Target for Domestic market.
