Job Title: Operations Officer (Jewelry Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end order flow from order receipt to dispatch
- Track daily production status and ensure timely completion of orders
- Maintain accurate Excel reports and daily documentation
- Coordinate with production, QC, and packing teams to avoid delays
- Identify delays proactively and take corrective actions or escalate on time
- Ensure all orders are checked, packed, and dispatched as per schedule
- Maintain proper order records, dispatch data, and tracking details

Requirements:

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (must)
- Basic understanding of jewelry manufacturing process
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously

Priority:Timely execution + accurate documentation is the most significant part of this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
