Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Quality Manager to support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IS/ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements. The candidate should have experience in a testing laboratory, cable manufacturing industry, or transformer manufacturing industry and possess solid knowledge of quality assurance, testing processes, and accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate should have experience in cable manufacturing, transformer manufacturing, electrical testing laboratories, or third-party testing and certification laboratories.
- Assist in implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System as per IS/ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
- Ensure compliance with NABL accreditation requirements and relevant industry standards.
- Coordinate internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
- Monitor laboratory testing activities and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Manage quality documentation, records, SOPs, test methods, and calibration records.




- Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints, and quality issues; perform root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
- Coordinate proficiency testing (PT), inter-laboratory comparisons (ILC), and quality control programs.
- Support external audits, accreditation assessments, and customer inspections.

Qualification & Experience

 B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
OR Master’s Degree in Science (M.Sc.) in Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of IS/ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
- Experience in laboratory quality systems and accreditation processes.
- Knowledge of testing standards applicable to cables, transformers, and electrical products.
- Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation systems.

Pay: ₹10,693.65 - ₹40,100.22 per month
