- Procure raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
- Negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain purchase records and vendor database.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Stores, and Accounts.
- Monitor inventory and prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and GMP documentation.
Required Skills:
- Experience in pharmaceutical procurement.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
