We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working with numbers, structured data, and Excel-based reporting within a project management environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain project-wise data trackers, MIS sheets, and dashboards in MS Excel Perform data entry, verification, and regular updates related to project timelines, costs, and resources Prepare basic analytical reports such as: Progress summaries Trend comparisons Variance tracking Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with internal project teams for corrections and accuracy Support project managers by providing clean, organized, and ready-to-use operational data Candidate Profile Good hands-on experience with MS Excel, including:



Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Basic formulas Data formatting and organization Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Background in MIS, data entry, project coordination, operations, or similar roles preferred Positive written communication and coordination skills Ability to manage structured data efficiently and maintain accuracy under timelines Good typing speed with accuracy
