Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Digital Marketing Manager to increase customer walk-ins and local store sales through effective digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should have solid expertise in running Meta Ads, Google Ads, local area targeting campaigns, lead generation, and store traffic campaigns for offline retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to increase store walk-ins

Run local area targeting campaigns within store radius

Generate qualified leads and convert them into store visits

Create promotional campaigns for offers, inaugurations, festivals, and events Manager.

Google Business Profile and improve local visibility

Optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and offline conversions

Coordinate with creative team for ad creatives, videos, and promotional content

Track store campaign performance, leads, and customer acquisition cost





Handle WhatsApp campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and customer engagement activities

Work closely with store teams to improve local marketing performance

Analyze competitor marketing and suggest growth strategies

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in Meta Ads

Google Ads
