- Preparation and execution of Fabrication shop monthly plan
- To monitor work progress by PDCA method and finalize the job handover dates to machine shop/assembly shop
- Measure and record LE & OE and TQM parameters and plan to achieve the parameters
- To ensure no waiting time by availability of shop resources: tooling, fixtures, measurement instruments, machines
To ensure effective implementation of IMS management systems
- Doing the development of apprentices in basic shop skills like grinding, fit up, welding
- Doing the Skill development in fabrication process: Drawing understanding, welding, PWHT
- To achieve the EHS objective by controlling unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and periodic reviews of HIRA.
Achieving the target of Safety by enhancing 5S score and SPI- Safety Performance Index at shop floor & office.
