[10] Quality Assurance Engineer
Experience :2–5 years (or as per requirement)
Location: Pune Office
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with 15–20 days’ notice preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality
- Design, document, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities with the development team
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using open-source frameworks
- Identify, record, and track bugs with transparent, reproducible details
- Work closely with developers and project managers to understand requirements and resolve issues
- Ensure testing processes align with project and client expectations
- Participate in code reviews and debugging activities
- Research and implement new tools, testing strategies, and best practices
- Contribute to process improvements and team knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all QA outputs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in automation testing (API, Mobile, Automotive domains preferred)
- Familiarity with open-source automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, REST-assured)
- Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Exposure to Agile/SCRUM environments
- Ideally certified in ISTQB or equivalent testing certification
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Proactive attitude with a solution-driven approach
