- Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Completion of networking courses (CCNA or equivalent) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Support desktop, laptop, printer, and network device maintenance.
- Monitor network performance and resolve basic connectivity issues.
- Learn and work with senior network engineers on live projects.
