Yaar is building a faster way for manufacturers, workshops and contractors to source fasteners and industrial hardware. We are hiring a field sales executive to onboard suppliers and collect genuine buyer requirements across Ahmedabad’s industrial areas.

Responsibilities:

- Visit hardware shops, fabricators, workshops and industrial businesses
- Onboard verified suppliers for fasteners, bearings, tools and related products
- Understand supplier categories, stock, MOQ, service area and delivery capability
- Collect genuine buyer requirements and help suppliers respond with price and availability
- Build long-term relationships with suppliers and buyers
- Maintain daily visit, lead and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly onboarding, inquiry and conversion targets

Requirements:





- Valuable Gujarati and Hindi communication
- Own bike and willingness to travel locally
- Comfortable with field visits, cold conversations and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets or CRM
- B2B, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, hardware or industrial sales experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and field confidence may apply

Compensation: Fixed salary + travel allowance + performance incentives based on verified onboarding, active inquiries and successful conversions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
