We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and be capable of sourcing, screening, and hiring quality technical talent across various technologies. The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates.
- Handle candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain ATS/CRM and ensure accurate recruitment records.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Meet monthly hiring targets while ensuring quality of hires.
- Develop employer branding initiatives and maintain positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and hiring processes.
- Experience hiring for roles such as Software Developers,



QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, AI/ML Engineers, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Technical Support.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean Search.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS platforms.
- Familiarity with AI recruitment tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in a software, SaaS, or IT services company is preferred.
