Role Overview

The Center Head/ CLO will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the preschool while upholding the highest standards of early childhood education and ensuring the highest standards of child safety and care, driving admissions and business growth, developing a high-performing team, and maintaining operational excellence while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all aspects of centre operations, including admissions, staff supervision, teacher training, curriculum implementation, parent communication, and facility management.
- Ensure the highest standards of child safety, health, hygiene, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive admissions, parent engagement, community outreach, and business development to achieve enrolment targets.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop teachers and support staff to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Little Millennium curriculum and consistently high teaching standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through proactive communication and timely resolution of concerns.
- Manage centre administration, finance, budgets, inventory,



vendor relationships, and operational resources efficiently.
- Plan and execute centre events, celebrations, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities with minimal supervision.
- Monitor centre performance through data, systems, and KPIs, continuously improving operational processes and service quality.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and customer excellence while effectively leveraging technology and Little Millennium systems.

Desired Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly motivated with robust organizational and planning skills.
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job details

- Address: Near ABC farm, Salunke Vihar Raod
- Full-time: 8:30 am to 5 pm
- ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 a month

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree; prior experience in the preschool and daycare, is preferred.
