- Experience in complete Recruitment ( IT and NON-IT) Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection
- Managing end to end Recruitment/Staffing activities of Permanent/Contract staffing Hiring of Clients
- Working knowledge of India IT recruitment is must
- Must be a target driven and result oriented person
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
