Designation - Asst. Manager/ Manager

Experience - 9 to 15 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Study project requirements and coordinate with the design and project management teams.
- Design HVAC systems independently, including heat load calculations, AHU zoning, duct design, equipment selection, and BOQ preparation.
- Review and approve HVAC calculations, equipment sizing, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Guide and supervise the HVAC design team to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with project, process, utility, electrical, purchase, and site teams throughout the project.
- Prepare technical comparisons, support vendor selection, and assist in procurement activities.
- Review engineering drawings, vendor drawings, RCPs, and construction drawings before release.
- Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure designs are updated as per site conditions.
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), commissioning, documentation, validation, and preparation of as-built drawings.
- Maintain HVAC design databases, mentor team members,



and ensure quality standards are followed.

Requirements

- Minimum experience in HVAC and cleanroom system design.
- Strong knowledge of heat load calculation, HVAC design, AHU selection, duct design, and BOQ preparation.
- Ability to review engineering calculations, technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs independently.
- Experience in leading HVAC teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawing review.
- Robust communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation, reporting, and technical writing skills.
- Experience in vendor coordination, technical discussions, and client meetings.
- Ability to plan projects, manage risks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
