- We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in CRM Analytics (CRMA / Einstein Analytics) and Sales Cloud. In this role, you will work closely with business users to build intuitive dashboards, optimize datasets, and deliver actionable insights across sales and marketing funnels for a global enterprise.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in CRM Analytics (CRMA / Einstein Analytics), including SAQL, dataflows, and external data integration
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, particularly in activity tracking, opportunity management, and reporting
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and best practices for data visualization
- Ability to design and build dynamic dashboards to support sales and marketing operations
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI/visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric solutions
EDUCATION PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, and CRM Analytics & Discovery Consultant certification (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with focus on CRMA and Sales Cloud
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain CRM Analytics dashboards and datasets for business stakeholders
- Build and optimize dataflows, recipes, and SAQL queries to ensure effective data processing
- Design solutions for integrating external data sources into Salesforce CRM Analytics
- Support Sales Cloud initiatives including activity tracking, opportunity reporting, and KPI dashboards
- Collaborate with global teams to identify reporting needs and deliver scalable BI solutions
- Provide training and documentation to business users for effective dashboard usage
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience with strong focus on CRMA and Sales Cloud
- Hands-on experience in designing end-to-end analytics solutions within Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and performance optimization in CRMA
- Excellent communication skills for working with business users and global teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment and deliver high-quality solutions
