We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and general HR operations. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
* Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Track attendance, leave, and employee data.
* Prepare HR reports and maintain databases.
* Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, etc.).
* MBA in HR is an added advantage.
* 0–2 years of HR or recruitment experience.
* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills Required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
