Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Artist & Animator with hands-on experience in low-poly modeling, character animation, texturing, and asset design for RTS (Real-Time Strategy) games. You will be part of a dynamic team developing stylized 3D assets and animations optimized for game engines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create low-poly 3D models of characters, environments, and props for stylized games
- Develop and animate characters, creatures, and objects suitable for real-time rendering
- Apply textures, UV mapping, and stylized materials using industry-standard tools
- Optimize models for performance in RTS game environments (LOD, poly count, etc.)
- Work closely with the game design and development team to align assets with gameplay requirements
- Maintain asset consistency and meet art direction standards
- Troubleshoot and refine animations to ensure smooth integration in game engines
Required Skills:
- Experience with Unity
- Must be daily PC gamer
- Strong skills in low-poly asset creation and stylized art
- Knowledge of rigging and animating characters and mechanical objects
- Familiarity with RTS game elements (camera angles, unit movement, isometric view, etc.)
