Job Description – Project Manager (Civil)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead the planning and execution of major campus infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for professionals from leading Real Estate Developers with proven expertise in delivering high-rise residential, commercial, township, institutional, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects from planning to handover while ensuring adherence to quality, cost, timelines, and safety standards.
- Manage multiple campus infrastructure projects including academic buildings, hostels, auditoriums, administrative blocks, sports facilities, roads, and utility infrastructure.
- Prepare project execution plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely completion through effective planning and coordination.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and contracts to ensure execution as per approved designs.
- Monitor site progress, productivity, resource utilization, and quality standards while implementing corrective actions whenever required.
- Ensure strict compliance with IS Codes, NBC guidelines, safety regulations, environmental standards, and project quality benchmarks.
- Track project budgets, cost control measures, material consumption, billing, variations, and contractor performance.




- Conduct regular project review meetings and present progress reports, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project cost without compromising quality.
- Ensure timely procurement planning and coordination for construction materials and equipment.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues with proactive decision-making.
- Manage project documentation including DPRs, progress reports, inspection records, measurement books, and handover documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech). Master's degree is an added advantage.
- 10–18 years of relevant experience in project execution with reputed Real Estate Developers.
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, institutional, township, or mixed-use construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, structural execution, quality control, estimation, contracts, billing, and project scheduling.
- Hands-on experience in contractor management, stakeholder coordination, and project risk management.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, engineering standards, and statutory compliance.




- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹70,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)

Experience : 10-20 years of experience in high-rise building construction
