Position: Community Mobilizer

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct door-to-door IEC (Information, Education & Communication) activities focused on interpersonal communication.
* Create awareness among households for attaining and sustaining source segregation of waste.
* Engage with communities to encourage responsible waste management practices.
* Conduct surveys in selected project areasand maintain accurate field records.
* Support project implementation through regular community outreach and reporting.
Eligibility:
* Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in community outreach, social work, or field activities will be preferred.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned project area.
