We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator / Backend Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and be comfortable handling day-to-day office administration, documentation, billing, and backend operations.
Preferred Qualification:
- B.Com (Preferred)
- Freshers with good knowledge may also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and backend operations.
- Prepare and maintain office files and documentation.
- Draft letters, applications, quotations, and official correspondence.
- Prepare and submit tender documents.
- Create bills and invoices using MS Word, MS Excel, and Tally.
- Perform basic accounting entries in Tally.
- Maintain records, reports, and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and government departments when necessary.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Tally ERP.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong drafting and documentation skills.
- Valuable communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of tender documentation will be an added advantage.
