Roles & Responsibilities:
The E-Commerce Executive will play a crucial role in managing online platforms and optimizing e-commerce operations. Responsibilities may vary based on the project assigned.
1. Product Management:
- Maintain and update the e-commerce website to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and information.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing strategies to drive maximum conversions.
2. Catalog Management:
- Ensure products are correctly tagged with relevant attributes for better searchability and organization.
- Categorize and organize product listings efficiently across e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience.
3. Data Entry and Analysis:
- Accurately input product details, pricing, and other necessary information into the e-commerce platform or database.
- Update and maintain existing records, ensuring consistency and accuracy of data.
- Create and manage documentation for data entry procedures, maintaining standardized protocols for accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate must have pursued/ be pursuing BBA/MBA/B.Com/ PGDM/BCA / BE/ MCA/MBDA or any other relevant qualification.
- Most preferably 6 months to 1 year of Experience.
- He/she should possess sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Email correspondence.
- Fluency in English communication would be considered a major plus point.
- Robust interpersonal, analytical and result-oriented skills would be looked upon.
