- prepare client bills and contractor/subcontractor bills.
- Prepare Running Account (RA) bills and final bills.
- Maintain records of work completed and materials consumed.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding billing matters.
- Prepare cost estimates and budget reports.
- Ensure all billing documents are accurate and submitted on time.
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control.
- Manage labor, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor material requirements and inventory at the site.
- Enforce safety procedures and site regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and management.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
