Job Purpose
Ensure compliance with corporate services and admin procedures to maintain smooth admin operations and deliver optimal internal customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring Maintenance
Visit branches and hub locations to ensure high branch maintenance and standardized look and feel; Maintain Service Level Agreements with external vendors; Ensure turnaround time adherence for requests logged into Admin Seva.
Vendor Management
Manage vendors for branch and non-IT equipment maintenance, including AMCs; Monitor and process vendor and utility bills to ensure timely payments.
Compliance Regulations
Ensure statutory compliance in branches and hub locations regarding government regulations, security, and safety.
Other Functional Activities
Implement process improvements and cost control measures; Support offsite ATM maintenance within the designated area; Provide structured reports on activities regularly.
Education:
Graduation in any stream.
Certifications:
