Description of the Role

- Assessing students’ individual learning needs and designing personalised learning programs.
- Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Modifying curriculum, teaching methods, and instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Providing one-on-one or small group instruction to help students achieve their learning goals.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress, making necessary adjustments to teaching strategies.
- Collaborating with general education teachers and school counsellor to engage students effectively.
- Offering guidance and support to parents, providing resources and strategies for learning at home.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- · Bachelor’s or Master’s in Special Education
- Certification or licensure in Special Education from a recognised institution in India. (Preferred)
- Demonstrable experience working with children with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or special needs.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualised Education Programs (IEPs).
- Robust communication and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and educators.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
