Job Summary

Socialee is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with paid media, and the ability to drive measurable growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant channels
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies
- Generate performance reports and share actionable insights with internal teams and clients
- A/B test campaigns, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools,



and platform updates in digital marketing

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Robust understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup
- Understanding of funnel-based marketing and retargeting strategies
