We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technical Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate technical projects from initiation through completion.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting action items.
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Assist with resource planning and task assignments.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Support change management and project implementation activities.




- Ensure compliance with company processes and project management best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role. Preferably in a technical environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
