Job Title: Business Communication Faculty (First Year BBA)

Job Summary:

The Business Communication Faculty will be responsible for delivering foundational communication skills to first-year BBA students as per the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) syllabus. The role focuses on enhancing students’ verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills essential for academic success and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures on Business Communication as per the prescribed SPPU curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and case studies.
- Train students in:
- Business writing (emails, reports, letters, notices)
- Verbal communication and presentation skills
- Listening and interpersonal communication
- Group discussions and interview skills
- Conduct classroom activities such as role plays, debates, mock interviews, and presentations.
- Assess students through internal exams, assignments, presentations, and viva.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve student communication skills.




- Maintain attendance records and ensure academic discipline (minimum 75% attendance).
- Participate in curriculum planning, academic meetings, and faculty development programs.
- Mentor students for overall personality development and professional readiness.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master’s Degree in English / Communication / Management (MBA preferred).
- Robust command over English language (spoken & written).
- Prior teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent presentation and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to engage and motivate undergraduate students.

Pay: ₹20,164.84 - ₹111,583.45 per month
